Culture Stick Man #8 2026

is the seventh figure in my ongoing series. This figurative painting shows a woman in a traditional dress, arms flung wide as she holds a white cloth in one hand and a red one in the other. A gold border and a burnt orange field frame her against a plum background, and the mood is joyful, festive and full of movement. I keep each figure minimal on purpose, so that the shared human experience shows through before any single culture does. As contemporary Philippine art from Mindanao, it appeals to collectors of figurative painting, dance-inspired subjects, and bold pattern work. Its vertical format and saturated color suit a living room, dining area, or office wall, and it adds a vivid piece to a Culture Stick Man collection. This work is acrylic on canvas, measuring 8 x 10 x 2 inches, and was completed in 2025. It is hand-signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It arrives framed and ready to hang, priced at PHP 10,000.
