Culture Stick Man #6

Culture Stick Man #6 is the sixth figure in my ongoing series. This figurative painting shows a woman in a traditional dress, her form pared down to simple, confident shapes. A fan-like headdress in arcs of white, yellow and red rises above her. Banded sleeves and a flared red skirt carry bold triangle and diamond patterns, and the hem ends in a white scalloped edge. I keep the figures minimal on purpose, so that what shows is the shared human experience beneath cultural and social lines. At a compact scale, it sits well in a hallway, reading corner or gallery wall, and it extends a series that rewards collecting in sequence. This work is acrylic on canvas, measuring 6.5 x 6.5 x 2 inches, and was completed in 2026. It is hand-signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It arrives framed and ready to hang, priced at PHP 10,000.
