How do I know a piece is actually one of a kind?

Every listing is a single physical work from the artist who made it — there are no prints or editions on Obramaestra. Once an artwork sells, it's marked sold and comes off the market for good.

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Card (Visa/Mastercard), GCash, GrabPay, Maya, and QRPH, all through our secure checkout. Obramaestra never sees or stores your card details.

How is buyer protection actually enforced?

Accepted Answer

Your payment is held in escrow, not sent to the artist immediately. It's released to them only once you confirm the artwork arrived — or automatically 14 days after the artist marks it shipped, if you don't confirm sooner. If something's wrong with the order before that release happens, you can request a refund from the order page.

How much is shipping, and who ships it?

Shipping is via J&T Express or LBC. The exact fee is calculated at checkout from the artwork's size and weight and the distance between the artist's city and yours. You'll see it before you pay, added to the artwork's price.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up until an order is marked complete (i.e. before payment has been released to the artist). Request one from the order's page under Purchases in your dashboard, and our team reviews it. Some claims refund directly; damaged or not-as-described claims require shipping the piece back to the artist first (you're reimbursed for that shipping separately), with the refund issued once the artist confirms it arrived back.

How do I start selling?

Create an account and choose “Sell my work” during sign-up, then finish your artist profile (bio, location, and where you'd like to get paid). Once that's done you can list artworks from your dashboard.

What commission does Obramaestra take?

Accepted Answer

15% of the sale price, on every plan. You keep 85% plus the full shipping fee the buyer pays — shipping isn't split.

Question 8

How and when do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Once a sale completes (buyer confirms delivery, or the 14-day auto-release passes), your net proceeds move to your available balance on your Earnings page. From there, cash out any amount up to your full balance yourself, whenever you want — no waiting on a weekly schedule or a staff member. It's sent straight to your GCash, Maya, or bank account and usually lands within minutes.

How many pieces can I list?

10 on the Free plan, 50 on Artist, unlimited on Pro Artist — see the full comparison on the Pricing page. Listings already published never get retroactively hidden if you're grandfathered in at a higher count.

What's the AI room preview?

Accepted Answer

A tool on the listing form that shows a photorealistic preview of your artwork hanging in a described room, so buyers can picture it in their own space. It's not a generated sales image — the artwork itself is never altered, only the room around it. Monthly preview counts are 5/50/100 depending on your plan.

What does the verified badge mean, and how do I get it?

It's a manual check by the Obramaestra team, not something you can turn on yourself — reach out via Contact if you'd like to be considered.

Is my personal data safe?

Accepted Answer

Payment card details never touch Obramaestra's servers — our hosted checkout handles those directly. Your shipping address is only ever shared with the artist or buyer on an order you're actually part of.

Question 13

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Account in your dashboard. If you have no order or sales history, your account is removed outright. If you do, your profile is scrubbed of personal details and your login disabled — the order records themselves are kept, since we can't delete a real financial transaction on request, only the personal data tied to it.
