3. Artist Services

Artists using the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate representations of their artwork
• Honor commitments made to buyers
• Maintain professional communication

4. Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant ObraMaestra a non-exclusive license to display and promote your work.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for illegal activities

6. Payments and Fees

All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ObraMaestra may charge fees for certain services, which will be clearly communicated to users.

7. Termination

ObraMaestra reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

ObraMaestra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
